S.M. Shetty College of Science, Commerce and Management Studies has made provisions for Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and has constituted a team for the process.

The prime task of the IQAC is to act as a catalyst for the development of a system for conscious, consistent improvement in the overall performance of our institution. The work of the IQAC is the first step towards internalization and institutionalization of quality enhancement initiatives.
