The Women Development Cell of the college aims to build a gender sensitive campus. The WDC addresses concerns of gender discrimination and conducts programs to bring in gender parity at the college level. In sync with the aim and objective of the University WDC, the college WDC aims to prevent sexual harassment at workplace and promote general wellbeing of female students teaching and non-teaching women staff in the colleges.

The cell undertakes the awareness programmes on gender sensitization, women rights and women empowerment in the college.

The Chairperson of WDC is Asst. Prof Kalpana Rai Menon, and the members are Asst. Prof. Himani Shukla, Asst. Prof. Nabila Kazi and Asst. Prof (Advocate) Hamid Khan.
