Tivona Nature Club of the college has always intended to enhance the interactions between human beings and environment through various activities. It aims to facilitate the development of skills for environmental protection, to promote environmental awareness among the students, to spread environment education, especially in an informal and creative manner among younger generation
to sensitize and mobilize students participation for preservation and conservation of the environment. Tivona Nature club organizes talks, bird watching expeditions, photography/poster competitions, essay writing competition, best out of waste, e-Environmentation, nature orientation activities, nature trails to national parks and forests to educate the students about nature’s beauty, diversity and the necessity to conserve the treasures of natural resources that are around us.
The Vanmohatsav celebration was held by Tinova Nature Club on 6th july 2017. Elsie Gabreil was the guest speaker, she spoke on the topic Climate Change. Then the students headed towards hiranandani garden for planting the saplings.
